Any multivariate continuous function can, in a closed bounded region, be expressed by a finite number of monovariate functions.

Seperability: when parts of a problem can be solved independently; such as x + y can be broken and partly solved by two independent workers until the final sum is taken.

Derivatives of a sum becomes a sum of each value, but derivatives of multiplication involves every other term together.
