- Society and jobs based on workers having no autonomy.
- The system uses propaganda to make people want the solutions that have been decided for them.
- Technology is initially optional until everyone is eventually forced to use it.
- People are driven harder towards reward than they are to avoid being punished.
- Defeating a strong man while he is ill—but allowing him to live and recover—is courting him to simply come back and take over again when he recovers.
- Putting circuits in ones head for behavior enforement is impractical (circa 200X) but incremental advancements will be used to make it or an equivalent possible.
- The left is a movement which seeks power.
- Anarchists also seek power—but so they can control the circumstances of their own lives.
- Groups which are more aggressive about seeking power tend to out-compete more peaceful movements.
