Byo-yomi Timing

Start with a bucket of a fixed size (say, one minute.)

You have a number of buckets for overtime.

During your turn only the full use of a bucket costs you the bucket; so a turn of 30 seconds consumes zero budgets. A turn of 90 seconds consumes one bucket.

If you run out of total buckets you lose due to running out of time.
