Title: title of the notes.

Notes: the center lined area is for actual notes being taken. Abbreviations are encouraged.

Cue: keywords and questions asked after the main notes are taken.

Summary: bottom section is for the summary of notes taken on the page. Restate the thesis of the notes.

Video refers to the summary zone as "what did you learn."

Not mentioned in video but Feynman Technique is also useful for the summary; "ELI5" or explain the page like you are talking to a five year old. If you cannot simplify then you do not understand.
