Some old paperwork that Salesforce came up with. You're supposed to fill it out relative to your position in the company to explain how you plan to do your job or so.

Vision: Ideal outcome, target world state.
Values: Personal / corporate values.
Methods: How will the vision be implemented?
Obstacles: Model the failure cases.
Measures: How will you gauge success?
