Custom fork of Blender called Goo Blender to incorporate Eevee nodes and features that Upstream keeps sleeping on.

Use custom normals on faces to cheat the lighting shaders. Essentially using normals to delete details that an artist would imply but not draw.

Line art modifier: generates line art from a mesh like freestyle but creates a 3D grease pencil out of it. Can bake the grease pencils to keyframes for manual correction on frames which need it.

Special effects done also with the grease pencil or with 2D-esque objects in the scene.
