disqualified 90% of the test group out of the gate because they had low sperm counts
so the population under test already has an extreme prevalence of low quality sperm
effect size on pre-post sperm count is 0.6-0.652 (ouch), average sperm count after treatment is 80% of what it is without. brain is too fried to do the calculations how large the sample needs to be.
it looks small but yeah, it's not going to sterilize you but it does have a lower sperm count.
