Daszak appears to have been responsible for pressing the committee in to signing a letter that Covid-19 had no lab origins
Daszak's organization EcoHealth Alliance had provided funding to the laboratory
This basically means he was put in charge of investigating his own venture
Worked with Shi Zhengli
Letter included a line about "we declare no competing interests"
