Escapes

Escapes must appear at the beginning of some entity. It will prevent special processing of the entity such as conversion to a URL or a WikiWord or a table column separator.

Nowiki rules

If more than three }'s are adjacent then only the last 3 are consumed.

If a closing }}} is encountered on its own line with whitespace leading up to it, it will be copied to the output but with a single leading space removed.
