Commercial plugin to use an existing model to retopologize a new model.
Seems to have a set of snapping points where parts of the old model must be pinned to the new one. These hold up the rest of the mesh.
Shrinkwrapping is used to press the old mesh up against the topology of the new mesh.
A soft body physics engine is used so the rest of the body jiggles in to place around the pinned areas.
